Set your mind at ease! Our stage-by-stage Wushu curriculum is specially developed with your child’s developmental stages in mind.
Energetic and fun, these are ideal for your preschool child to dive into! They cover basic punching and kicking techniques, as well as poses and stances.
Need more Wushu excitement for your kindergarten kid? Here, they will learn intermediate techniques in Chinese martial arts.
Focused on more advanced Wushu skills and techniques, these may cover rotation and jumping techniques as well as choreographed performances.
Targeted at older children, more advanced Wushu skills and techniques will be taught.

Mr Wee Ming Liang
Armed with 10 years of experience in Wushu, Ming Liang is an accomplished and seasoned exponent in Chinese martial arts. He has achieved the following:

A seasoned Wushu instructor with 8 years of experience, Jean was awarded the bronze medal (Female Optional Taiji Quan) in the 25th National Wushu Championships 2015 organized by the Wushu Federation of Sarawak and Sarawak State Sports Council.
Jean also underwent intense Wushu training in training camps in the Fujian Sports Vocational Education and Technical College from March-April 2016 in China.

Your child’s Wushu classes will be held at BearyFun Gym Changi located in the heart of Changi Business Hub, close to Changi City Point and Expo. BFG@Changi is our biggest branch to date, with an area of around 4,200 sq ft to accommodate students with ample space for floor and trampoline skills.
We are also easily accessible by train, within walking distance from Expo MRT station, and near the Tanah Merah and Simei MRT stations.

Wushu is a form of contemporary Chinese martial arts that combines elements of performance and martial arts. Typically, Wushu training emphasises quickness, explosive power, and natural, relaxed movement in the individual. The wushu practitioner must combine flexibility with strength, speed with proper technique, be spirited at all times, and display graceful motions in a form of performance routine.

Allow us to clarify this misconception. In our Wushu fraternity, athletes who practice wushu join the programme to ignite their passion for performing arts. Violence is the last thing on our mind. On the contrary, our programme focuses on values such as the wushu virtues, nurturing a strong mentality in children such as kindness, bravery, wisdom and perseverance.
We will share our wushu virtues verbally in an open environment and through incidental learning. This allows all our students to deeply internalise wushu’s positive values through realistic application.
