For four-year-old, our Bubbly program offers an exciting combination of fitness circuits and playful challenges that keep your child moving. This high-energy class is designed to foster coordination, strength, and risk-taking, ensuring every session is a thrilling and enriching experience.

Lively (5 years old)

Strength, Agility, and Confidence for Young Gymnasts
In the Lively program, your kindergartener will dive into the world of tumbling and dynamic locomotor movements that develop strength, agility, coordination, and self-assurance. This program is perfect for children eager to explore more advanced gymnastic skills while building their confidence in every leap and roll.

Flexi (6 years old)

Challenging Physical and Mental Growth
The Flexi program is designed for children ready to take on technical gymnastics. With a focus on perfecting skills such as cartwheels, and handstands, your child will face new challenges that stretch both their physical strength and mental focus, paving the way for continued progress and remarkable growth.

Fitness Teen (7 to 12 years old)

Our Fitness Teen program is tailored for primary schoolers ready to push their limits. Through 90-minute weekly sessions that combine strength, conditioning, and advanced gymnastic techniques, your child will not only improve their physical abilities but also cultivate the discipline and perseverance required for mastery in gymnastics.

Holiday Programme

Keep your child active and engaged during school holidays with our fun and structured gymnastics sessions. Designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence, each programme is led by experienced coaches in a safe, supportive environment. Children will explore various gymnastics equipment—like trampolines, bars, and obstacle circuits—through movement-based activities and skill-building stations.

Our Gymnastics Programme

Our gymnastics programme is designed to spark a lifelong enthusiasm for physical activity while supporting the all-round physical development of every child. We focus on teaching key Dominant Movement Patterns such as Static, Locomotion, Spring, Landing, Swing, Rotation—which form the foundation for everyday movements, sports, and recreational activities.

Referred to as the “mother of all sports,” gymnastics lays the foundation for physical fitness through movements that develop strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination.

Our weekly programme follows a structured learning approach in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. We focus on nurturing each child through a holistic framework—supporting their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth.

Through gymnastics, children build meaningful social connections, develop strong and healthy bodies, and sharpen their focus and awareness. As they progress, they gain self-confidence, cultivate discipline, and learn to set and achieve personal physical goals.

Our gymnastics program is designed for children aged 18 months to 12 years, offering age-appropriate classes that grow with your child. As they progress, classes continue to evolve with more advanced activities tailored to each age group and skill level.

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate all skill levels and help children progress at their own pace. We scaffold each child’s learning based on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development, ensuring they receive the right support at every stage. Our all-rounded curriculum promotes holistic growth, helping children build confidence, resilience, and coordination through engaging and purposeful activities.

All coaches are certified in safety and first aid. Classes are closely supervised, and all equipment is age-appropriate and well-maintained. Safety is our top priority. To ensure the highest quality of coaching, we have a rigorous selection process during staff recruitment and conduct regular in-house training to maintain professional standards and up-to-date coaching techniques.

Coaches provide regular feedback and may offer assessments. Additionally, coaches may share photo and video updates during the term to help parents stay informed and celebrate their child’s progress.

Our coaches are trained to help children feel comfortable and engaged. We encourage participation at each child’s pace and strive to create a supportive and fun environment.
